I was about to hop in the shower, but I just stood there, staring at myself.
How did I let myself get like this? How did this happen? I’m only 24 years old, if I look like this now, what will I like when I’m 30?…40??
I felt disgusted with myself, but I knew there had to be a solution. I wasn’t going to turn into every other 50 year old guy at my company – overworked, fat, unhappy.
I realized I had to do something about it.
On the road to becoming fit and healthy, I took a lot of wrong turns, but each time I made a mistake I got that much closer to figuring out the right way to go.
With all the conflicting advice out there, figuring out what to follow and what to ignore has been my quest for the past seven years.
