Why did you decide to join Take Your Body Back?
I had just gotten engaged and wanted to kick-start healthy eating and exercise habits.
Had you tried other programs before Take Your Body Back?
I have never tried any other organized group programs like Take Your Body Back. I had only attempted different plans on my own like Whole30, etc. and never felt fully committed.
If so, why do you think this time was different?
I was really wanting the accountability and the group atmosphere that Take Your Body Back offers. It was great having Bennett available for support and questions as the program went on. The weekly calls and surveys really helped me stay motivated.
Before you started, did you have any concerns that you’d be hungry while trying to lean out?
I was more concerned with managing cravings than with hunger. I was also worried about staying on the plan when in social situations. Bennett’s guidance helped me navigate through those concerns.
If so, did you ever go through any extended periods of feeling hungry on this program?
I really didn’t! Planning ahead helped me. Meal prepping, having healthy foods available, and knowing where I could easily find plan-friendly restaurant options was key.
How do you feel now about your ability to control your body composition compared to before you did the program?
I feel like I now have the right formula to control my body composition.
What surprised you the most about the program?
How quickly I felt a change in my body and how much I enjoyed being on this program!

It feels really good and has motivated me to change my lifestyle long-term. I now feel in control of my body.
