Frank lost 29 lbs and 4 inches off his waist in just 14 weeks!
After Frank went through my program, he took a few minutes out of his day to chat with me about Take Your Body Back Now.

Why did you decide to join the program in the first place?
The reason why I decided to join the program in the first place is very simple. I was tired of watching the numbers on the scale going up and up, including my waistline going up and up, and I was tired of continuously telling myself that one day I’m going to lose weight.
Had you tried other programs before this one?
Sure. Of course.
You got a tremendous result. Over the course of 14 weeks you lost, I believe just over 29 pounds, four inches off your waist. Why do you think this time was different than previous programs?
Oh, without a doubt it’s the involvement with a dedicated trainer who’s going to work with you. Knowing that you on a weekly basis, and then bi-weekly basis, are going to be communicating your results, made it kind of impossible to lie to yourself, because you knew that point in time was going to come where you had to communicate your results with someone. Far too often when you’re doing it alone, on some of those crash diets, you see the results and you say to yourself, “Oh, I can cheat,” and give in, and the only person you’re giving in to is yourself, but when you’re doing it with someone that’s as dedicated as you are, it kind of promotes the correct environment to lose.
So you felt sort of the accountability and support really added to your ability to stick to and get the results out of the program?
Is there anything that surprised you about the program? Good or bad.
Yeah, what surprised me about the program was how quickly the results came when you stuck to the plan 100%. The plan was very challenging, but then, nothing good ever came from anything easy. So like, I put myself in the situation that I was in and the condition that I was in, and I had to sacrifice to get to where I wanted to be, and I’m not 100% at like where I want to be…But I know that this plan works, and having seen the results prior to everything that occurred during my plan with you, the results are there.
Before you joined did you have any concerns that you would be hungry following a weight loss program?
Yes. I thought that I was going to be hungry all the time.
Did you feel that way while you were on this program?
At first the hunger pangs were there, but being able to communicate with you, and [you said] you can have as many healthy meals as you want just as long as you stick to the diet.
How do you feel now about your ability to control your body composition versus before you did the program?
Well, before I did the program I was very disturbed. It’s hard to explain what it was that I was feeling, but it’s enlightening to know that you can achieve success, and you can achieve success quickly.
I’m excited to know that I am capable of getting to where I want to be, and this was a program that, it’s a very honest program, that as long as you stay with it and you’re honest with yourself, you’re going to get the results that you really desire.
You lost 29 pounds, four inches off your waist in 14 weeks. When was the last time you were this lean?
Probably about three or four years ago, definitely.
So three plus years ago, and you were able to basically get back there in just 14 weeks?
Is there anything that you’d say to someone who’s considering joining the program? Perhaps they’re on the fence, you know, what would you tell that person?
You’re worth it. Do it! You won’t regret it.

Yeah, life’s too short to keep putting important things off. And I’m excited about where my not too distant future is going to take me!
