In just 16 weeks Kathleen S lost 30.6 lbs and 8.3 inches off her waist
I recently caught up with one of my star clients, Kathleen S, and I asked her for her feedback on my new program – Take Your Body Back Now!
Why did you decide to join Take Your Body Back Now?
At that point I was just way too fat, and I was not happy, and I knew I had to do something, so it was just the right time to do it, and I’m so glad I did because it had to be done, I just didn’t feel good, I was uncomfortable in my own skin. At my age it’s either now or never.
Had you tried other programs before Take Your Body Back Now?
I tried the 4-Hour Body, which worked at the time, it didn’t take as much weight off as this time, but I kind of went off it, I think it was a little harder to follow back then, I gained the weight back and then some.
Why do you think this time was different?
I think once you get the food and then also the sleep, it kind of resets your whole way of eating and thinking about food. After completing the first phase of your program, it was just so much easier to not eat that junk.
How do you feel now about your ability to control your body composition versus before you did the program?
Before, I would have a problem trying to control it. Now, no, because it gave me back the control of what I’m going to eat, it reset my tastes for certain foods, that when you eat the junk you almost really feel like you’re being poisoned. You don’t feel so good after you eat it. Not that I don’t occasionally have it, but you just don’t feel good.
What surprised you the most about the program?
I guess that it really reset my taste for certain foods. I have to say the most surprising thing, which I didn’t think would be, was the sleep. That shocked me, I just don’t really have the urge to stress eat the way I would before.
You lost 30.6 lbs and 8.3 inches off your waist in just a few months, how did that feel?
It felt fantastic! Because nothing tastes as good as being thin feels, it just feels so good. I don’t have to think about what I’m putting on clothes wise. I literally went through my whole wardrobe and tried everything on. There were these pants I was waiting to fit into, and now they’re too big, so I can get rid of them! Before, if it was an occasion, I thought “well, let me find something that’s going to cover all the fat, better wear that big black sweater to cover the belly.” Now I don’t have to, and nothing feels as good as that. My confidence is like through the roof.
